Born from the desire to do better. The tattoo industry demands better, you deserve better. We’ll never stop chasing perfection in our craft.

Every tattoo completed, story told, memory immortalised, action honoured creates the rich tapestry that is The Tattoo Label – every piece is a one of a kind, irreplaceable artwork.
For clients who value individuality, quality and genuine connection, it is a warm, judgement-free space where personal stories and bold ideas become something unmistakably yours.
“Brooke has been mine and my wife’s number one tattooist for the past 5+ years. Her ability to deliver the exact result I’m looking for is the best I’ve found. My style is very different to my wife’s and she manages to nail them both. I’ve recommended her strongly in the past and will continue doing so.”
Fingers, hand, double forearm and neck tattoos.
Every tattoo is different, so the price comes down to size, detail, placement and how long it takes. Your artist will give you a proper quote during your consult, so there are no surprises on the day. We’ll never push you into something bigger or pricier than you came in for. Good work isn’t cheap, but it should always be fair.
Everything starts with a consult. If you’d like to go through it all on a video call, it’s $50 to lock it in, and that $50 comes straight off the total of your finished tattoo. If you decide not to go ahead, the $50 isn’t refunded. It covers your artist’s time spent consulting and drafting your design. To book, go online, slide into our Instagram DMs, give us a call, or pop into the studio on Crown Street.
Shortly after you book, you’ll get a quick video from Brooke explaining exactly what to expect, so you’re not walking in blind. On the call, your artist listens to your ideas, asks a few questions and starts shaping a design that’s completely yours. No pressure, no judgement. Just a fun, creative chat.
We won’t lie to you: a little bit, yeah. How much depends on where it’s going and your own pain tolerance. Bony spots are spicier, fleshier spots are easier. Most people tell us it’s nowhere near as bad as they’d built it up to be. Eat beforehand, stay hydrated, and remember you can ask for a break any time.
Absolutely, bring it all in. Photos, Pinterest boards, a sketch on a napkin, even AI-generated images. Whatever you bring, your artist uses it as a reference and designs an original piece around it. After all, they’re artists, not printers. You end up with a tattoo that’s truly yours, made to fit your body and built to last in skin.
We sure do. Whether it’s an old tattoo you’ve outgrown or one that didn’t turn out how you hoped, bring a photo to your consult. Your artist will be honest about what’s possible and come up with a plan to turn it into something you’ll love showing off.
The minimum age is 16, and anyone under 18 needs a signed parental release form. That form has to be completed before your appointment, not on the day, so get it sorted early and there’ll be no hiccups when you arrive.
Your artist will walk you through aftercare before you leave and send you home with everything you need to know. The basics: keep it clean, wash it gently with clean hands, use a thin layer of moisturiser, and keep it out of the sun, the pool and the ocean while it heals. Oh, and no picking. We mean it.
